Do you require a DNA test suitable for legal purposes?
This could be for changing the name on a birth certificate at the Registrars office, family court proceedings, inheritance disputes, liaison with either the Child Support Agency (CSA) or for the immigration authorities. DNA testing for these purposes requires a different level of service, as a 3rd party must verify the identity of the donor and take the samples. This type of test is sometimes called an "accredited" or "legal" test.
Please note that we are one of only a few companies in the UK which are able to provide a DNA testing service suitable for legal purposes.
Complement Genomics Ltd t/a dadcheck is accredited by the Ministry of Justice as a body that may carry out parentage tests directed by the civil courts of England and Wales under section 20 of the Family Law Reform Act 1969.
You may order such a test through dadchecksilver (by telephone only) and for a free and confidential discussion, please call Angela on 0191 543 6434 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you have legal representation, then your solicitor or barrister may call us on 0191 543 6334 or e-mail us on email@example.com.
